Τσιγάρα,ποτά,fast food και όλα τα συναφή, το μόνο που κάνουν είναι να σας γεμίζουν με κενές θερμίδες, ώστε τελικά στη διάρκεια της μέρας να είστε κουρασμένοι και να έχετε το αίσθημα μιας διαρκούς κόπωσης!! Αντίθετα μια ισορροπημένη διατροφή και μία ώρα άσκησης την ημέρα θα εκτοξεύσουν την υγεία και τη διάθεσή σας στα ύψη!!!

Πόση ενέργεια και όρεξη για δημιουργικότητα μπορεί να έχει ο παραπάνω άνθρωπος!!!! Αυτός με το ζόρι σηκώνεται από το κρεβάτι!!!

Πρόκειται για την ταινία 127 hours!! Μία αληθινή ιστορία του αναρριχητή Άρον Ράλστον στην προσπάθεια του να απεγκλωβιστεί από ένα βράχο που καταπλάκωσε το χέρι του κατά τη διάρκεια της διάσχυσης ενός φαραγγιού της Γιούτα. Υποψήφια για 4 όσκαρ (καλύτερης ταινίας, Ά ανδρικού ρόλου,καλύτερης μουσικής και καλύτερου τραγουδιού). Είναι μία ταινία που θα συνεπάρει τους λάτρεις του είδους! Όμορφες σκηνές και πραγματικά καταπληκτική μουσική!!

Ο James Franco με την ερμηνεία του καταφέρνει πραγματικά να βάλει τον θεατή στη θέση του ήρωα που απεγνωσμένα προσπαθεί να κρατηθεί στη ζωή!! Σε όλη τη διάρκεια της ταινίας παρατηρούμε τη μάχη του ανθρώπου απέναντι στη φύση, αλλά και στον ίδιο του τον εαυτό. Ίσως η καλύτερη ταινία του είδους που έχει βγει τα τελευταία χρόνια! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!
